We confirm the application of the provisions of these regulations in all of the website in terms of times, contents, accesses and availability of vehicle repair and maintenance technical documents indicated by the Service Repair Information company agreement.

To register just go to the home page of the website and click on: "SIGNUP". Once the page is open: - carefully read the terms of the agreement for using the web portal and documents; - confirm your agreement with the contract terms and conditions; - fill in the form with all the Company data paying particular attention to the mandatory parts; - after clicking on "SAVE" an email will be sent to the email address entered on the form; - make sure the email arrives and complete the registration procedure following the instructions contained in the message. If you do not receive anything (within 30 minutes), it is possible that the message has been marked as "SPAM". In this case check the folder where spam is archived. N.B. to avoid this problem again in the future, enter the sender's address of the registration confirmation message in the "whitelist" (list of secure senders).

To access the website reserved area, just click on LOGIN in the top right corner of the homepage and click the "Login" button after entering your "Username" and "Password".

Make sure your "Username" and "Password" are correct paying particular attention to capital letters, lower case letters and special characters. If this access data is shared with other people, make sure the password has not been changed. Try the "retrieve Password" procedure on the LOGIN page. In the event of further problems please submit a support request by clicking on "No" button below.

It is not possible to retrieve your "Password" but you can reset it and choose a new one. To reset your "Password" visit the homepage of the website, click "Login" and then click "Forgot your password?". You will then be redirected to another page: enter your "UserID" and answer the security questions. Choose a new "Password" following the rules explained in the page and then click on "Change password". You can now enter the website using your "UserID" and your new "Password".
